A hybrid design Nakiri/Cleaver hidden tang made from High-Carbon W2 Forged steel. The razor-sharp bevel that can cut vegetables into very thin slices as well as making short work of poultry and beef bones, while retaining an edge for a long time. The handle made from stabilized buckeye Burl inlaid with natural brass powder from Nevada Desert with carbon fiber and Micarta spacers.
The sheath is all hand saddle stitch leather. This was the first time ever that I’ve done an inlaid leather sheath design.
The all-around design from the compact-sized blade to the ergonomically European facet designed handle to uniquely designed hand-stitched leather sheath makes this beauty look different and classy.
